As an organization built on passion, trust and ingenuity we are committed to actively create a brighter future for our employees, our communities, our customers and our stakeholders.
We have reached a key milestone with the launch of our CSR25 program. With more ambitious environmental targets and concrete initiatives than ever before, our program sets goals for 2025 and beyond and is a testament to our commitment to being the industry leader in corporate citizenship.
Our CSR25 program is designed to create value around three key pillars – Environment, Social and Governance – and includes objectives that focus on our employees, our communities, our operations, and our products.
These are as follows:
- Reduce the carbon footprint of our operations and products to protect our playgrounds.
- Create positive social value that enhances the daily lives of our employees, dealers, and consumers wherever they work, give, and play.
- Adopt the right governance to continue to make sound strategic decisions, maintain high ethical standards, and conduct our operations in a sustainable manner.
We are very proud of our CSR25 program, which stretches the boundaries of our commitment to create a stronger future for all.
We look forward to the enthusiastic participation of all our employees around the world in ensuring that our efforts are successful. We also have the support of our Board and the leadership of our Executive team to keep our progress on track and to disclose our results transparently.
EXPANDING OUR EV CAPACITY
We broke ground at Querétaro, Mexico, and Gunskirchen, Austria, on new and expanded EV manufacturing and R&D facilities, reinforcing our expertise and building our production capacity to meet the demand for EVs.
We also created the Low Voltage and Human Assisted (LVHA) Group, a business unit focused on new product categories. The LVHA Group positions BRP to tap into new markets and attract new generations of riders.
STANDING IN SOLIDARITY TO RIDE OUT INTIMIDATION
On Unesco Stand Up to Bullying Day, BRP employees took to social media in a tidal wave of support for our cause by wearing yellow to show our communities that they care. BRP pledged donations of CA$10 per participating employee. Thousands of employees rallied together to raise awareness for the cause by sharing their photos and personal stories on social media. With this overwhelming response from its employees, BRP donated to anti-intimidation organizations in Canada, Mexico, USA, Australia and Sweden in order to support initiatives that aim to end bullying in their regions.
