BRP is deeply rooted in the communities in which it operates. We therefore aim to help build strong and resilient communities where people feel safe, respected, and free to flourish. Through high-impact programs, philanthropy, and sustained community service, we are committed about having a positive impact.

As part of our overarching Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR25) plan, BRP committed to invest 1% of our annual pre-tax profits in local and global causes by 2025. Although the Company’s focus will be towards programs or projects aiming to Ride Out Intimidation, BRP will continue to support other worthy causes.

Responsible rider

We are proud to have created a global program called Responsible Riders to help people understand that you can have an adventure in the great outdoors while remaining aware of and attentive to your surroundings and behavior. This initiative aims to ensure a long-lasting future for our sport.

BRP’s Responsible Rider program is designed to enhance safety, manage the environmental impacts and raise the standard of riding etiquette.

Caring for people and communities

At BRP, our passion drives us to find ways to create a positive impact in the communities we serve, and to mobilize employees, riders, dealers, and fellow citizens in these efforts. Whether it’s rallying around one worthy global cause or contributing to local initiatives, we set daring goals that lead to progress on key social issues.

Women of on-road

Only 21% of all riders on the road are women. Our Can-Am On-Road brand is on a mission to change that and democratize the open road with the Women of On-Road program. This program is designed to help overcome the barriers that prevent women from experiencing the power of riding through inclusivity and education. To date, more than 18 000 people have joined the Women of On-Road community.

Ski-doo takes the pledge for our playgrounds

We invited the entire snowmobiling community in the collective “Take the Pledge” effort to preserve access to trails on private and public lands. We encouraged all snowmobilers to be responsible, and we invited our community of riders to pledge their commitment today to ensure the sustainability of snowmobiling for future generations.

Get in the driver's seat

On International Women’s Day and every day after, BRP celebrates the growing number of women who are fearlessly and joyfully taking their place in the driver’s seat in the powersports and marine industry. Our Get in the Driver’s Seat initiative features the stories of our incredible community of trailblazers. Sign the commitment and for every name gathered, we will commit a dollar to incredible organizations around the Globe dedicated to the advancement of women.
