At BRP, we recognize that responsible governance requires a sustained commitment to transparency, ethical conduct and accountability across the organization. This commitment is supported by robust governance structures, clear policies and standards, and effective communication practices that enable informed decision-making and responsible management.

As BRP advances its Beyond the Ride - Sustainability 2030 program, governance remains a core enabler of performance and accountability. While this new chapter sets a clearer direction for the years ahead, our approach continues to be grounded in transparency, ethical leadership and measurable outcomes.

OUR OBJECTIVES:

  • Have 100% of permanent office employees and Board members trained and certified to BRP’s Code of Ethics every year.
  • Formalize Third-Party Due Diligence through policy, processes, tools, training and auditing.
  • Implement ethical standards and technological safeguards to embrace a responsible use of AI within BRP.

Ethics and Integrity

BRP is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and responsible business conduct. We foster a culture where doing what is right guides decisions at every level, supported by clear policies, engaged leadership, and accessible resources that empower all employees and Board members.

Our Code of Ethics outlines expectations for ethical behavior, legal compliance, and responsible interactions with colleagues, third parties, and communities, providing guidance on topics such as anti‑corruption, antitrust, whistleblower protection, and other essential compliance areas.

To reinforce accountability across our global operations, we maintain confidential reporting channels—available 24/7 and in multiple languages—so individuals can raise questions or concerns safely, transparently, and without fear of retaliation.

THIRD-PARTY DUE DILIGENCE

Third‑party due diligence is a strategic pillar of our Ethics and Compliance program and reflects our commitment to working with partners who share our values. Third parties may be assessed for risks such as corruption, sanctions, human rights concerns, conflicts of interest, and other compliance considerations throughout the relationship.

A risk‑based framework, supported by screening, monitoring, and our Third Party Code of Conduct, helps ensure that our business partners uphold standards consistent with responsible and ethical conduct and that our relationships protect our people, operations and reputation.

RESPONSIBLE USE OF AI

The responsible use of artificial intelligence reflects our commitment to integrity, safety, and responsible innovation. We are focused on implementing ethical standards and technological safeguards that promote transparency, fairness, and accountability in the development and use of AI across the Company.

As expectations and technologies continue to evolve, we are working to ensure our practices, tools, and governance frameworks align with industry best practices and support the responsible adoption of AI.
