Testimonials
“How many companies do you know that see design as a key strategic element? That’s exactly what I found at BRP. I am part of a multidisciplinary team of about 60 people who put everything they have into developing innovative products. In synergy with the engineering and marketing teams, we get to work on the development of new recreational vehicles: their vision, style, architecture. Since I started here, I’ve had to tackle all sorts of stimulating challenges working on products such as BRP watercraft, snowmobiles, and boats. But the highlight was the creation of the Can-Am roadster – a whole new class of recreational vehicle. And that’s not the end of it! Right now we’re working on a number of new products… In short, at BRP I discovered an international company built on design. BRP’s process and technology are cutting edge. The projects are exciting and the work environment is one-of-a-kind. It’s really a winning team. ”

Testimonials
“Designing engines was my childhood dream. After I got my degree, I had the opportunity to begin my career as an R&D engineer with BRP's Powertrain division, which is renown for Rotax engines. As a project leader, it is my privilege to see a project through every step of the way, from the initial drawings to the reactions of the end customer. And I can assure you that few things are more satisfying than the smile of a rider just back from a test ride! We are getting great results; we are developing eco-performing technologies that emit less CO2 and consume less fuel, and I am surrounded by a highly motivated team. I feel as if we are accomplishing more and more challenging projects… I am really excited about the future here.”

Our procurement specialists are responsible for managing suppliers and inventories, negotiating medium- and long-term agreements, and developing an optimal procurement network.
If you are known for your organizational and planning ability, excellent communication skills, and talent as a negotiator, you already have the qualifications to be part of this team.
