Dorset, UK, 6th March 2009 – BRP Recreational Products UK Ltd. would like to congratulate Adrenalin ATV sponsored riders, Stuart Jones and Roger Page, who recently secured first and second places respectively at the 1st round of the Suzuki MWTRA Championship 2009, riding the latest Can-Am™ DS 450™ X mx model.
Stuart led from start to finish and at one point gained an 11 minute lead. Stuart also set the fastest lap time of the day at 13min: 16secs. A special congratulations to Roger Page is also in order as this was his first race with Can-Am. After the first lap, Roger was sitting in 4th place but soon became more accustomed to his new machine securing him 3rd place, and soon after, 2nd behind Stuart, allowing him to claim his first podium position.
Also on the new Can-Am DS 450 X mx, Gary Wright finished 4th place in the Expert quad class and Josh Langford finished 3rd in the Beginner class. This was a fantastic effort by Josh who was also racing for the first time with Can-Am.
This fantastic achievement provides further testament to the most race-ready 450 sport ATV line in the industry.
