La Malbaie, Quebec, Canada -  June 10, 2005 - As part of the major paradigm shift at Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. [BRP] in terms of its approach to the All-Terrain Vehicle [ATV] market and its renewed focus on ATV enthusiasts, BRP introduces the DS250^TM, an entry-level sports/recreational ATV.

The new DS250 is equipped with a 250cc liquid-cooled engine, excellent suspension travel, front and rear disk braking. It  also includes continuously variable transmission (CVT) and reverse. Sleek, aggressive, with a unique style and equipped with trademark BRP features, the new DS250 offers excellent value  to ATV customers who are looking for an affordable entry-level ATV with a sporty look and handling.

The new DS250 will be EC homologated including integrated quadricycle components and is only available in markets outside North America.

Given the huge growth and market potential of the entry-level sports segment for ATVs in Europe, the new DS250 is the perfect addition to our 2006 ATV line-up. In addition to the 2006 Bombardier ATV line-up already announced last week, including the all new Outlander 800 H.O. EFI and Outlander MAX 800 H.O. EFI, BRP is also launched the EC homologated versions of the Rally^TM ATV, as well as improved EC homologated components on the 2006 models of the Outlander 400 and Outlander MAX 400 ATVs.

"In an effort to better respond to the needs of the rapidly-growing homologated ATV market, we are expanding our  ATV line-up to include EC homologated versions of some of our most popular models," added  Mr. Hade.
